Promotional Statement

 

Hi my name is Rudy Hendin and I am currently studying RSL Level 3 Acting diploma at Suffolk One. I am a versatile performer who is hardworking, confident and passionate using my empathy and understanding of the world and its problems to further enrich the characters I portray. I have trained from a young age at a weekly performing arts school where I was taught skills in acting, singing and dance. I can also use a variety of facial expressions, Body language, accents and characterization to produce a range of characters of either comedic or serious nature. I can also work well in any group setting I am put into to achieve a set goal whether that’s a routine, scene or more. I also perform best in the styles of Strasberg and Stanislavski as their naturalistic approach resonates with my own acting style. I have done a number of musicals such as hairspray, legally blonde, grease, high school musical and more ranging from being the lead role to ensemble as well as even working in some of the most prestigious theatres in the country in the west end for original productions. I think my experience also helps aid me as I can use previous shows and roles to further enhance a current one through technique and emotional memory
