How I will monitor these goals

Short term goals
I will keep track of current grades and predicted ones to know the level of work needed to be put in to each subject. I will apply any feedback teachers provide as this will help me attain higher marks. I will maintain a weekly schedule of when both hw and additional studies need to be completed so I do not fall behind my peers. I will know I have completed this goal when I receive my grades in 2025. These grades will be a reflection of every piece of work I have completed for that specific subject.

Mid Term Goals
Starting now I will do further research into universities to understand each of their course overviews and what they may or may not involve, the financial cost of going to the university, entry requirements needed to be accepted and their reputations within the film industry for producing employable actors. I will note these desired universities so I can make an informed decision after college. I will have completed this goal when I am 100% certain I have chosen the best university for the course I wish to go on.

Long Term Goals
I will research into all viable talent agencies to see which one best fits what I require and then get signed by said agency. I will go to as many auditions as possible to improve my experience in acting and also improve my connections in the industry. I will also be able to build connections by going to events such as film festivals and getting to know people such as actors, directors, casting directors and so on. I will know I have completed this goal when I have been paid for an acting job whether that is in theatre, film/tv or even an advert.
